Located in the heart of the Isle of Wight’s sailing capital of Cowes, The Pebbles is a stunning mid-terrace Victorian property spread over three floors. With the interior decoration completed to a high standard this property is perfect for the whole family to enjoy. Entering the property, you are welcomed into the generous size living room with comfy sofa and Smart TV with Sky. Past the living room is the dining room where there is seating for 6 guests. Down a couple of steps is into the kitchen which is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dry, gas oven & hob and coffee machine. The family bathroom is located at the rear of the kitchen where you will find an L-Shape bath with shower over, W.C and basin. On the first floor there are three double bedrooms, the master bedroom has a new en-suite shower room with cubicle shower. Up to the second floor there is a further bedroom with a king size zip-link bed.

Outside you have access to the private garden which is fully decked perfect for the summer evening after a day’s activities. The famous harbour and bustling streets of Cowes are just a short stroll down the hill where the majority of shops are independent, not chain stores. There are some great restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Red Jet Ferry terminal is just 750 yards away, please contact the owner for a special discount before booking a ticket! Cowes Yacht Haven is an 8-minute walk, and the nearest beach is 15 minutes away.

The Isle of Wight is renowned for its wide selection of outdoor activities and includes over 500 miles of scenic footpaths. If you are looking for activity there’s paddle boarding, kayaking, paragliding, sailing, RIB rides, horse riding and some stunning golf courses. Being a holiday destination there are numerous events such as The Garlic Festival, The Isle of Wight Festival, The Literary Festival, The Steam Fair, and of course there’s a regatta in Cowes most weekends during the summer, the most famous being Cowes Week at the beginning of August.
